These tips will give you glowing skin, boundless energy, and perhaps even eternal youth!!
1) Drink fresh vegetable juice everyday
2) Drink 1-2 oz. fresh wheatgrass juice whenever possible or take a good wheatgrass supplement
3) Try a good herbal detox formula & a series of colonics (consult your health practioner first)
4) Take your vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants everyday!
5) Get a skin brush and dry brush your skin everyday before your shower
6) Use golden jojoba oil to condition your hair before you wash it
7) Use extra virgin coconut oil, jojoba oil, extra virgin olive oil, raw shea butter, or raw cocoa butter to keep your skin super soft
8) Grind up vitamin & antioxidant pills (C, alpha lipoic, DMAE) into a fine powder and mix with your face cream before applying to your skin to mimic those expensive vitamin skin creams; add vitamin E and COQ-10 to your creams and lotions
9) Use AHAs (lactic and glycolic acid) for super smooth skin.
10) Stand on your head or hang upside down for several minutes everyday, you may never need a facelift!
11) Take EFAs (essential fatty acids) like flaxseed oil, hempseed oil, borage oil or evening primrose oil for soft skin and shiny hair
12) Look for sunscreen with zinc oxide, titanium dioxide and/or parsol 1789 (avobenzone) or make your own. These are the only three ingredients that block UVA rays which cause skin cancer and wrinkles (it's the UVB rays that cause burning)
13) Wear your sunscreen everyday, with a big hat, and avoid being in the direct sun too much from 10am-4pm
14) Get at least 20 minutes of aerobic exercise everyday
15) Do yoga or some form of stretching everyday for increased flexibility
16) Decrease (or omit!!) saturated fat, sugar, white flour and fried foods; eat lots more fresh fruits, vegetables, and sprouts
17) Exfoliate with dry sugar or salt in the bath or shower for soft skin
18) Stop eating when you're full, and only eat when you're hungry
19) Do exciting things that make you happy
20) Be kind to all people, animals, and bugs
21) Get lots of fresh air everyday, open your window at night
22) Take care of your teeth!
23) Drink lots of water everyday
24) Praise and compliment all the children you see; they might remember it forever
25) See beauty everywhere
26) Imagine yourself as you wish to be
27) Think only good about yourself and everyone you meet
28) Radiate love and joy always
29) Bring kindness and happiness into the world
30) Help those less fortunate, whether they are people or animals
31) Speak out against cruelty to animals, because they don't have a voice
32) Be your own superhero
