Do you want more Energy? Do you want to feel Great all the time? Here are some tricks and tips to glide through your day, with tons of energy and a healthy glow, looking and feeling amazing!

1) Exercise Every day. Really try to squeeze in a 20 minute aerobic workout every single day. Join a gym, buy a treadmill or elliptical trainer, go swimming, jump rope, run stairs, join an exercise class or buy a workout tape.

2) Buy some gorgeous outfits! They will be great motivation to stay slim.

3) Book a weekend getaway to some warm, sunny place during the winter months and get ready to look fabulous in your swimsuit!

4) Eat fruit for breakfast and snacks, have freshly made juice and lots of water throughout the day, and big salads for dinner. Try to avoid white flour, saturated fat, and sugar.

5) Buy or make some yummy salad dressings with raw fresh pressed hempseed, flaxseed oil or olive oil, and read the fat content on store bought ones. Some have more fat than a candy bar.

6) A couple oz. of wheatgrass will take away your hunger for an hour or more, and is super healthy! Start slow though, it's a powerful cleanser.

7) Bring healthy snacks like fresh fruit, raw nuts or seeds, or cut up veggies with you wherever you go. You'll be less likely to buy junk food! Raw tahini or fresh salsa makes a great dip for veggies.

8) Avoid Buying Junk Food. If you don't buy it, you can't eat it! Set up a "reward system" so no one else in your house brings it home either!

9) Eat medjool dates or honey (bahri) dates or dried fruit instead of processed sugary treats. Dates with raw pecans or almond butter are amazing!

10) Bring your own healthy snacks or treats to parties, or look for the salad or veggie platter.

11) Drinks lots of pure water throughout the day, instead of sugary drinks, coffee, or soda.
12) Reward yourself after a week of healthy eating or bravely avoiding the dessert table. Buy something small and fun, or do something to celebrate.

13) Eat only when you're hungry, and stop as soon as you start to feel full.

14) When you have a wild craving for junk food, try to find the least damaging substitute that will still satisfy you.

15) Don't let your taste buds rule your life! Taste buds are like wild dogs; running out of control. Your body doesn't really want poisons like saturated fat and processed sugar in it. Feed it healthy and be young forever!

16) Get enough sleep and prepare any food you'll need for the work the next day the night before.

17) If you are craving salt, add some sea vegetables to your diet, like dried dulse, seaweed, or laver. Check your health food store for sun dried, not roasted.

18) Satisfy your sugar cravings with sweet fresh fruit, like cantaloupes, grapes, bananas, or persimmons, or blend up a yummy fruit smoothie.

19) Fill up on a big salad or other healthy meal before a big party or social event. You'll be less interested in the high fat, sugary treats.

20) Ask well meaning relatives if you can have a special salad instead of a huge high calorie meal at family gatherings.

21) Get some good books, indulge a hobby, practice yoga; anything to get your mind off food!

22) Imagine all those pastries, pies, cookies, and fried, fatty foods as lumps of pure lard and chemicals. Gross! But that's what they turn into once you eat them.

23) Rent the DVD "Super Size Me", and watch the deleted scenes too. You might never buy fast food again!

24) Buy your favorite fruits and vegetables and make special salads and big colorful dishes. Your food will be prettier than everybody else's!

25) Buy only fresh, fresh frozen, or sun dried food, and avoid any food that comes in a can, box, a giant bag, or styrofoam.

26) Be aware of how certain foods make you feel after eating them. Tired? Crabby? Light? Happy? Foods affect your brain just like any other substance!

27) Most celebrites on tv are very food conscious too. Their careers depend on how good they look! The ones who say they eat sweets, pasta, and fries all the time? See how they look in several years. Bad food catches up with you.

28) Sugar, white flour, alcohol and bad fats age you, cause disease and create wrinkles! Embrace Health, Youth, Joy, and fresh Produce!

Think only wonderful things about yourself, and imagine yourself exactly how you want to be!
